Regional Manager
As a Scarborough Regional Manager in Hawaii, I bring more than 46 years of experience in the financial services industry. I am also the president and CEO of Chinen-Arinaga Financial Group, a PlanMember Financial Center® and one of Hawaii’s premier financial services firms.
I work with IBEW local union members to help them plan and save for long-range financial goals and achieve a comfortable retirement. I hold my Series 6, 26, 63, and 65 securities licenses and have held my Hawaii Life & Health insurance licenses since 1978.
In addition to working with IBEW local union members in Hawaii, I am a national and Hawaii chapter member of the Financial Planning Association and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
A native Hawaiian, I was born and raised in Waipahu, graduated from Waipahu High School, and attended Leeward Community College. My wife Florence and I have four sons and five grandchildren. Golf? Anytime, anywhere!
