At Scarborough Alliance, our focus is on planning and service. We have provided union members in 48 states – from Maine to Hawaii – with retirement plans and planning services designed especially for them for nearly four decades and we plan to keep serving the needs of local unions and their members for decades to come. 

In 1970, Scarborough became an independent benefit plan administrator. By 1975 we had established the first IBEW Local sponsored voluntary savings plan, creating the IBEW Local Unions Savings and Retirement Plan. We’ve been expanding our plans and services ever since.
