Don was a Vietnam veteran and an instructor pilot, passionately committed to serving his clients. Most of them were educators and nonprofit employees living and working in remote areas of Alaska. Other advisors would write off these clients as inaccessible, but not Don. He frequently plane-hopped in his single engine Cessna to villages all over the state, sometimes dog sledding miles after that just to reach them. He carried client forms and survival gear on every trip just in case the weather turned, and sometimes even slept in the principal\u2019s office when returning home was impossible. Don\u2019s dedication to his clients throughout the Alaskan bush is a quality that Veritas Wealth Management celebrates.<\/p>\n
